PLEA invites you to a PLEA Bridge session on "Wilful Defaulters- under the RBI guidelines"
The webinar will focus on Laws relating to wilful defaulters. Due to pandemic, many borrowers have defaulted but some of them have the capacity but are not willing to pay. The session will cover RBI’s master circular on such wilful defaulters, mechanism to declare a wilful defaulter & consequences of being declared a wilful defaulter. A lawyer plays a critical role in reducing wilful defaults and defend those who are wrongfully declared as one.
